Our 200 hour teacher training program is designed for anyone that feels the call to take their yoga practice and knowledge to a deeper level and expand their impact. We are dedicated to honoring the ancient roots of yoga while bringing you a modern yoga education of the highest quality as we support you on your own personal journey of discovery to becoming your most authentic self.
In this program you will strengthen your personal practice while learning and practicing new skills required to teach safe, effective, and authentic yoga classes. We offer a well-rounded approach to living and teaching yoga on and off of your mat. It is our goal to present you with practices that you can carry with you to live a more balanced and meaningful life.
This is more than a yoga training. Whether you want to deepen your understanding of yoga or you plan to teach yoga in your community you will gain the knowledge, skills and experience to make a positive impact on the world around you.
200 Hour Breakdown
Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, 75 hours
Pose break downs, breath work practices, and meditation techniques with a clear focus on finding beneficial practices for each unique body
Applied Anatomy and Physiology, 30 hours
A comprehensive and practical overview of the functions of the physical body including alignment, modifications, and benefits as well as a study of the subtle/energetic body including chakras, mudras, and bandhas
Yoga Humanities, 30 hours
An exploration of the history of yoga, study of sacred texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Yamas & Niyamas, cultural appropriation vs appreciation, dharma & karma and more
Professional Essentials, 30 hours
Practical and subtle aspects of teaching, including class sequencing, hands-on assists, use of voice and body language, reading the room and holding space for others. Practice teaching in a variety of settings, assisting, observing, giving and receiving constructive feedback. Review industry trends and develop an understanding of studio operations, scheduling classes, marketing and managing private clients.
15 Elective Hours that will be determined based on the unique needs of the trainees.
We are a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and our curriculum exceeds the most recently updated requirements. All students who successfully graduate our program will be qualified to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance, the organization responsible for maintaining the integrity and consistency of yoga trainings throughout the world. Most studios in the United States require teachers to hold at least a 200 hour certificate in order to teach.
We meet every other weekend from April 2 – July 11 for a total of 8 weekends.

Led by experienced and dedicated yoga teachers Sara McCullough (E-RYT200, RYT500) and Shelby Ragsdale (E-RYT 200, RYT 500)
Early Bird Investment: $2,800 due by March 15th
Investment after March 15 or with payment plan: $3,000
- $300 deposit due upon acceptance into the program to hold your space. This will be applied to your total tuition and is non-refundable. There are a limited number of spots and this ensures that we provide the highest quality training to each of our students.
